is it possible to send a email to an operator when a new ticket is created.

Hi,

You can configure email notifications under:

LiveZilla Client -> Server Configuration -> Emails

However, you can't address specific operators.

We have customers who wish to receive an email or sms when a ticket is created.
Have a possible notification based on the ticket's group to a specific group or operator. Good Idea isn't it?
