it would be great to analyze user behavior in the Knowledge Center, e. g.:
  • what search keywords they use?
  • which facets they prefer to filter knowledge center entries?
  • how often they visit a specific knowledge base entry?

These findings should help to determine which knowledge center entries need some improvements or which entries should be created.
