Clients from iOS can't access live chat

We can;t check it, but some of our clients report they can't access a live chat application whilst using their iPhones, iPads, etc.
Can you please check it?

Well. We tried several iProducts and it looks ok. Maybe it was one client complaining.

I also did some testing this morning but I can't find any general issues here.
