Issues with LiveZilla iOS app - not synchronizing

Hello,
on the last version of LiveZilla (1.4.3) app for Iphone (SE, last software update), there seems to be an issue with synchronization of tickets.
The app is set to be able to run in background and to use mobile data; battery save is not active. I have noticed the problem in WiFi but I suppose it would be the same on mobile data.
When a new ticket is created, I get no notification (although they're allowed in LiveZilla settings) and when I open the app there's no ticket. It takes several days before I can see them in the app. Uninstalling and installing the app was unsuccessful. Everything works fine on Web version and desktop app on windows.
Can you help me with that?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

I was unable to reproduce the issue. When a new Ticket is being created I receive a push message and when I enter the APP the ticket is there.

Testet with latest IOS OS/App, LiveZilla 7.0.2.2.
