Hi,

We are currently experiencing a problem on one of our LiveZilla's server.
We are using reporting function for all of our server with no problem except one, when reporting files are generated we got all details about all we want except for ticket.
"Ticket" 's section stay at 0% for all groups. We have checked all server configuration about reporting and ticket , configuration is the same for all our server.
reporting function is activated , and all options are checked , for day / month / year etc.. but still don't have any information about ticket in the reporting file.
We have already follow tutorial on your website but without any success.

Could you give us any solution , to resolve this issue please ?

Thanks for Helping us.

Hi,

Thanks for reporting this. Can you provide a screenshot of the report?

That would help a lot.

Thanks.

Hello,

I allow myself to reopen this topic because the problem still exists (after 3 months) and we still can not visualize the statistics of our tickets.

Can you come back to us quickly, we need these informations.

Waiting for your return,

Thank you .

Did you try to update?

We can investigate this issue for you but we need to know that it exists in the latest version.

We are on the latest stable version of LiveZILLA version 6 (in 6.2.0.0).

Can I do a test install in the latest version 7 stable by integrating the database from our to 6.2.0.0 to see if the statistic problem exists?

Do you have a procedure for switching from v6 to v7?

Waiting to read you.

You could clone your installation (database + files) and update the cloned install from 6.x to 7.x.

Hi,

Thanks for the clarification.

This is not a know or general issue. Please provide:

1.) Step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem

or

2.) Related error messages

or

3.) Access (FTP + administrator account) to an affected installation

Thanks.

Thanks for the login.

The problem is related to special chars in your group id's. Older versions of LiveZilla allowed you to use chars like single quotes. Please remove single quotes from your group id's to allow reports to generate.

The group that caused the issue was: LE JARDIN D'ISIS

Hope that helps.
